A coffee shop in Denver Colorado is making history as it just approved the very first business license in the country that will allow patrons to use marijuana.

The establishment is called the Coffee Joint and the license will allow customers that are 21 and older to vape or consume edibles that they bring to the cafe.

The shop is located at 1130 Yuma Court in Denver in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Smoking will be prohibited but will be allowed outdoors under state law. The coffee shop also cannot sell any marijuana products on its site.

Co-owner Rita Tsalyuk has said, “Tons of people already came in. We’re offering free coffee and sneak previews.”

The license was approved under a pilot program by 54% of votes in December in the November 2016 relationship.
