There’s a commercial version of a cannabis nasal spray in the spotlight right now.
A Colorado company called Verra Wellness has a “nasal mist” that comes in three ratios: 10:1 THC to CBD, 1:1, and 1:100.
According to the company, by spraying the mist up your nose, there can be an “increased bioavailability,” of the cannabinoids.
Under the description of the product on the company’s website, it reads, “At Verra, our team of researchers spent years developing, testing and fine-tuning our Nasal Mist, because we know just how important getting fast pain relief and a good night’s sleep can be. Our patent-pending formula leverages purified cannabinoids, green certified coconut oil and Vitamin E to increase bioavailability.
