Before anyone thinks this news is true, it is going down as a viral legend. It’s been picking up steam however and perhaps some people who see it, don’t have a clue that it’s not true.

According to Joshua Gillin of PunditFact, a fact checking project, the credibility of the story that says NASA is paying people thousands of dollars to smoke pot in bed for months, is false.
“NASA will pay you $18,000 to stay in bed and smoke weed for 70 straight days,” read the headline in a January article on TheSolExchange.com. Many people had left comments wanting to sign up, can you blame them?
Facebook has already flagged the news as fabricated in effort to not have it show up in the feeds.
