A home in Whittier, Los Angeles, was searched by police as well as federal probation officers last Friday where they uncovered over $5 million in methamphetamine and weed.

Probation officers were joined by the police department on around 10 a.m. to search a home in the 6700 block of Whittier Avenue. The house held an operation that had 80 pounds of weed and 130 pounds of meth for a street value estimate of over $5 million.

According to authorities, the drugs were stored in areas of the house and the backyard. The officers also found high-capacity magazines.

One arrest was made. Irene Equigua, 36, was arrested and booked at the Whittier Police Department.
