Many people who have post-traumatic stress disorder, otherwise known as PTSD, have said that marijuana helps them.

Delaware is a state that is paying attention to sufferers and has a new law now that allows people who have PTSD to more easily get access to medical cannabis.

According to WDEL in Wilmington, the state’s Governor John Carney has signed into law the Bravery Bill.

The Bravery Bill allows PTSD patients to receive a medical marijuana card from any properly licensed physician. Prior to the bill, the patients were only able to get approved by a licensed psychiatrist.
