Well it didn’t end well for this guy, let’s just start off with that.
A Milwaukee man decided that using Facebook Live would be a great way to arrange his marijuana sales.
According to the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office, 20 year-old Jeffery S. Kirk was interacting with people on Facebook Live and told them to call his cell phone while taking marijuana orders. Kirk was in a 40-minute long video on September 10th.
Kirk confirmed that he was the man in the video but said that the marijuana found by investigators in his home was for personal use.
Kirk is facing four charges of marijuana distribution and manufacturing as well as a four weapons charge.
