There’s a new super strength cannabis form and it’s called “cannabis shatter.”
Police are investigating this new form and there are fears that it could soon spread across the country.
The super strength marijuana, which is more potential than traditional forms of cannabis according to drug experts, is made with large amounts of highly flammable butane gas according to The Chronicle.
The gas is what helps strip THC out of the plant, leaving just a glass-like extract that looks like cooled caramel. To smoke it users rip it up into small shards.
This is marijuana that is ten times stronger than normal cannabis. There could be some serious side effects that include long lasting psychiatric issues.
There have been explosions reported in the U.S. and house fires where people have tried making it in their own homes.
