It was this past August that Detroit had the High Times Cannabis Cup, the world’s leading marijuana trade show.

Now the city is gearing up for another big event. The event is called The Detroit Cannabis Bazaar and according to High Times, it will have a “bigger lineup, more booths, and oh yeah, LEGAL CANNABIS.”

The event will be held on Oct. 12-13 at the Russell Industrial Center, the same location as the previous Detroit Cannabis Cup.

It will be the first-ever Cannabis Bazaar. “This one’s going to go down in the record books,” High Times said on the event page .

Guests will be allowed to have 2.5 ounces of cannabis on them, the same amount Michigan residents are allowed to have in their possession.

It was in 2018 that Michigan voters legalized recreational marijuana. Medical marijuana cards are no longer needed to enter High Times’ events.

High Times is a monthly magazine and cannabis brand with offices in Los Angeles and New York City.
