Lyft wants to make sure people don’t drive while high this Friday when marijuana lovers celebrate 4/20 day.
In order to help make sure people don’t toke and drive, the ride hailing service is offering discounts in select cities that include Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco.
The company made an announcement that stated, “Lyft wants to be a reliable, and affordable partner for marijuana enthusiasts. That’s why during April 20 we will also be offering up to $4.20 off your next ride.”
Partnering with Lyft on these discounts is Super Troopers 2, which is being released on 4/20.
Use the code LYFTTROOPERS in the ‘Promos’ section of the Lyft app for the discounts. The usual car icons on the map transform into Super Troopers characters.
