He then reached into his pocket and pulled out what appeared to be a rolled marijuana cigarette, put it in his mouth, lit it with a match, and proceeded to smoke it.
While the people in the court room laughed at his antics, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession of a Schedule VI drug.
