This was obviously a mistake but the story sure is funny. It seems that someone inadvertently donated more than 100 grams of cannabis at a used children’s clothing store in Minnesota.
The donation was dropped off at a suburban Minneapolis shop according to the Maplewood Police Department. The department had posted a photo of the actual donation onto the store’s Facebook.
The store, called Once Upon a Child, is now basically saying, “come get your pot” to the person who more than accidentally dropped it off.
According to Police Chief Paul Schnell, the 100 grams of marijuana was packaged for distribution or sale.
Its owner could face a felony charge that would carry a sentence of more than a year in jail.
It’s no surprise that nobody has come forward yet to collect it.
