Paris Jackson was seen visiting a marijuana dispensary in Los Angeles wearing extremely short tie dyed shorts and mirrored sun glasses on Wednesday.
Though it is not known what she purchased, the newly colored blonde was photographed leaving the store with a paper bag.
The 19-year old then got into her car and drove off.
