San Francisco 49er’s player Reuben Foster has been arrested and charged with second degree possession of marijuana.

The player was arrested in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on Friday and charged according to the city’s Sheriff’s Office database.

The charge is considered a Class A misdemeanor in the state and a bond for the player was set at $2,500.
