Some people were a little curious about Snoop Dogg smoking a blunt on Twitch while streaming SOS, a promotional game thats currently in early access.

The rapper’s stream had around 80,000 viewers and was not pulled down by administrators despite him using drugs.

The community’s guidelines say that players must “respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, or soliciting illegal activity is prohibited.”

The site also says that users must not engage in any “activity that may endanger your life or lead to your physical harm is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, use of illegal drugs, and drinking excessively.”

The fact that Snoop was not in violation of any of the company’s standards is because of the law that went into effect in California on January 1st.

The sale of recreational marijuana became legal in California on that day which means the marijuana he was smoking may have been purchased legally.
