According to the CEO of Brinks, Douglas Pertz, cannabis is going to be a booming industry on a global basis. He believes the industry will be worth $160 billion.
Brinks provides cash and logistics services to marijuana producer Canopy Growth in Canada.
In a one-on-one interview with “Mad Money” host Jim Cramer, Pertz said on Monday, “I think the key piece there: There’s probably only about 10% of that that’s legal, but that means there’s a huge opportunity and demand out there.”
Canada is on the forefront of a nine-figure cannabis industry that only has more room to grow, said the CEO.
