Metalcore band Walls of Jericho made headlines recently after its drummer Dustin Schoenhofer was arrested in Oregon.

The drummer had been pulled over and authorities found over 600 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

According to a press release from the Oregon State Police Department, Schoenhofer, 41, was pulled over on October 23rd for speeding and an officer then found probable cause to search the vehicle.

The officer found 632.5 pounds of marijuana as well as 36.8 pounds of suspected butane honey oil extract.

Schoenhofer was arrested and booked at the Klamath County Jail on six charges which include: exporting marijuana, exporting extract, possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, and distribution of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of a controlled substance-extract, and distribution of a controlled substance-extract.

According to KTVZ, the officer’s log stated that Schoenhofer claimed he “didn’t know the marijuana was in the back of it.” He has been released on a $45,000 bond.
