Utah’s Governor Gary Herbert just signed a bill that will allow terminally ill people to use certain forms of the drug marijuana.

The Governor’s office announced on Wednesday that Herbert signed the measure which allows people to use marijuana if a doctor has determined they have six months or less to live. It is also stipulated that doctors cannot allow to recommend marijuana as a treatment to over 25 patients at a time.

While for some this news is good, it still upsets many advocates of the drug who want to use it for chronic pain and other conditions.
