Many marijuana users on lock down in Delaware will be happy to learn that the state has quietly lifted a ban on the delivery of medical marijuana.

Columbia Care, a publicly-traded company that now has locations in all three of Delaware’s counties, is taking delivery requests, according to information on its website.

Columbia Care has locations in north Wilmington, Smyrna, and outside Rehoboth Beach.

Medical marijuana patients in the state have to obtain approval from a physician in order to get a “card” that authorizes use. Restrictions have also been loosened on the reasons for getting the card.

Earlier this month, Columbia Care reported record sales in Delaware and other states where it operates.
