This week the Nevada Department of Taxation has issued a Safety Notice Advisory about marijuana that failed state testing.

The department believes the marijuana was sold at the following stores:

– GTI Nevada, doing business as Rise, 135 Clearview Drive, Suite 119, Carson City
– Nevada Wellness Center, 3200 S. Valley View Boulevard, Las Vegas
– MMJ America, 4660 S. Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas
– Deep Roots Harvest, 195 Willis Carrier Canyon, Mesquite
– Las Vegas Releaf, 2244 Paradise Road, Las Vegas
– Thrive Cannabis Marketplace, 2755 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 103, North Las Vegas

Four batches of marijuana failed the testing:

* Island OG #2 (failed yeast and mold testing)
* Lemon Meringue (failed yeast and mold testing)
* THC Bomb (failed testing for Aspergillus Flavus)
* Zombie Kush (failed testing for Bile Tolerant Gram-Negative Bacteria and Total Coliforms)

The Marijuana reportedly was sold in the form of flower and pre-rolls between the dates of October 5, 2019 and December 27, 2019.
