NASHVILLE, TN (May 10, 2022) — Southern Hemp Expo (SHE4) – the leading hemp industry supply-chain trade show and conference in the southeast United States – announced an early lineup of top industry speakers, including Australian hemp trailblazer Paul Benhaim as a keynote speaker.

An author and pioneer in hemp protein and wellness since the mid 1990’s, Benhaim’s Hemp Foods Australia has sold millions of high-protein hemp superfood snack bars with the perfect blend of naturally occurring omega 6 and 3 oils. Benhaim is also the founder of Sydney-based international CBD wellness company Elixinol Wellness, Ltd.

Now turning his attention to the problem of world plastics, Benhaim founded The Hemp Plastic Company.

“After two years of challenges with international travel, we are honored to have Paul return to inspire and energize the hemp industry in this special appearance at the newly constructed Fairgrounds in Nashville at SHE4,” said Morris Beegle, trade show organizer and president of We Are For Better Alternatives (WAFBA).

“Not only will Paul deliver a message of hope at SHE4, this event is a rally-cry for hemp leaders and supporters to step up with a united message. A message about the benefits of the entire hemp/cannabis plant, all of its potential uses, and that we the people demand fair, commonsense regulation for this plant. Regulation that encourages innovation, equity, opportunity and growth, rather than prohibits and obstructs the development of this industry,” Beegle continued.

“We are also introducing a new WAFBA acronym in 2022, and that is We Are For Better Agriculture. Why now? Because now is the time, a time in which we must commit emphatically to adopting regenerative agriculture practices, not only in the United States, but all across the planet. Regenerative agriculture is at the core of fighting climate change and delivering healthy nutritious food and environmental benefits to the world.”

SHE4 returns to its roots in Nashville August 18-20, 2022, at The Fairgrounds to present the must-attend comprehensive hemp event in the southeastern United States.

Now, more than anytime ever, is the SHE mission so important and relevant.

“Bringing Balance Back to Mother Earth”

Gathering at SHE4 will continue momentum to help the hemp plant and the hemp industry become a force for environmental impact, corporate responsibility, human rights, social equity, and planetary health.
