If this isn’t a reason to celebrate, then what is? Marijuana and pizza. Could there be a better combination blended together?

A medical marijuana dispensary in Massachusetts has created the idea of pizza for those who don’t want to smoke marijuana or eat it in a sweet variety.

The company, called Ermont Inc., which is based out of Quincy, has a cannabis-infused pizza it has been selling and people are loving it.

According to Seth Yaffe, the director of operations, the company has more than just pizza. In fact, a whole range of marijuana edibles, but it is the pizza offering that allows users to eat their cannabis without the extra sugar.

Selling at $38 a piece, buyers get a 6″ cheese pizza that has tomato sauce on it containing 125 milligrams of THC. THC is the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana that creates the known “high” effect. So far Ermont Inc. has sold 200 pizzas. Patients can also request for additional toppings.

The pizzas are not for everyone though. Only those who have a state issued medical marijuana ID card are able to buy one.
