A NBC/WSJ poll of 90 adults that was conducted on January 13th through the 17th, has found that 60% of Americans right now are in support of legalizing marijuana.

The poll, which had an overall margin of error of plus-minus 3.3 percentage points, had mostly respondents reached via cell phone.

In 2014 this number was at 55%.

The poll from this year has shown a gender gap where 64% of men support marijuana legalization while 57% of women support it.
