What an incentive to clean, getting free marijuana for it. That’s what a dispensary in Maine has come up with. Considering that gifting marijuana in the state is legal, this could be a great way to clean up the towns.

According to WCSH-TV, the owner of Summit Medical Marijuana, Dennis Meehan, has offered residents of Main the chance to get free marijuana by collecting trash on Saturday.

Meehan has offered the opportunity to anyone over the age of 21 who presents a big bag of trash that was collected around town.

The company started advertising on Facebook and Meehan says he hopes that the “day of service” program will expand across the state.

Colorado has a similar program and it’s how Meehan came up with the idea.
