G3 Labs LLC recently had its license suspended last month by the Nevada Tax Department.
The lab’s director Dr. Chao-Hsiung Tung has recently resigned from the Clark County Green Ribbon Advisory Panel according to the Review-Journal.
The Green Ribbon Panel is a recommending committee for the Clark County Commission over marijuana issues and marijuana legalization.
County spokesman DanKulin said Tung resigned on September 7th from the panel.
There was no say on why the lab was suspended except for that the lab was out of compliance.
