Harvest Park, an industrial marijuana park in Windsor Township Michigan, has sold out all of its 10 lots in the first phase of development.

The 10 lots equate to 63 acres and are a part of a 130-acre development that will house state-licensed medical cannabis businesses.

The adjacent 67 acres are now on sale as part of the second phase.

Jeff Donahue, the managing director of Harvest Park said, “Phase One sold out quickly. We expected to open Phase Two sometime within the second quarter of 2018, and the response has far exceeded our expectations.”

According to the company, it is the largest medical marijuana development east of the Mississippi. The company is aiming to create up to 1,000 new jobs when fully developed.
